*The College organizes orientation program for the parents and the students at the commencement of new batch every year. The program would help students and parents to get familiarized with the institution, curricular and co-curricular activities, facilities, rules and regulations etc.
* Every year students are given training on communication skills, personality development, time management and motivational sessions. In order to motivate both the slow learners and advanced learners, workshops are organized to enhance their skills. Skill development clubs arrange workshops with hands-on session to improve students programming skills. With the active participation of advanced learners as coordinators both set of students get benefited. Guest Lectures are arranged for the students as to gain the knowledge about the experts to follow.
*Bridge Courses are conducted at the departmental level to lift the students to the level of higher education. The Departments of Commerce and Business Administration organize bridge courses at the beginning of the academic year for the non-subject students enabling them to cope with the programme to which they are enrolled.
*Remedial Classes are conducted with an aim to improve the academic performance of the slow learners, absentees and students who participate in sports and other activities. This practice helps the struggling learners to improve subject knowledge and helps them catch up into their peers.
*Group Study System is also encouraged with the help of the advanced learners.
*Academic and personal counselling are given to the slow learners by the tutor, mentor and the counselling cell.
*Bilingual explanation and discussions are imparted to the slow learners after the class hours for better understanding
*Provision of simple and standard lecture notes/course materials
*Special Coaching classes for the toppers of every class after the internal test are conducted regularly to secure University Ranks.
*Coaching is also given in Skill Development Programme like Communicative English, Aptitude and Placement
*Professional coaching classes – Foundation Course in CA is conducted
*Provision of additional learning and reference material
*Students are encouraged to participate and present papers in various Seminars/ Conferences/ Workshops/ Inter-Collegiate Competitions organized by other colleges. Students representing the college in various inter-collegiate meets are provided with the benefit of retest.
*Participation by the students in the in-house competitions such as Debate, Group Discussion, Problem Solving – Decision Making Exercises and Quiz Programmes are also encouraged.
*Talented students are motivated to participate in extra-curricular activities, exhibitions and cultural competitions.
*The academic achievements of the students are extremely motivated and highly praised by the College by celebrating Graduation Day every year. Students, who secured Ranks in the University Examination, are honoured with Medals in the Graduation Day
